Challenge
The client needed a highly coordinated facility to support an efficient and scalable concrete pipe production process. The design had to accommodate large-scale equipment, strict environmental controls, and rapid material flow, all within a fixed building footprint.
Solution
Our design approach focused on optimizing equipment layout, workflow processes, and infrastructure to enhance performance and control costs. We coordinated directly with equipment manufacturers to align crane clearances, batch plant access, and casting pit locations. We adjusted crane coverage and refined equipment placement to minimize material handling time and maximize efficiency without compromising functionality. The building’s infrastructure is designed to support current and future demands while providing long-term production advantages. A separate office building and dispatch facility ensures better logistical operations and smoother traffic flow around the plant.
