Due to years of business success, the company’s operations had grown significantly, rendering its 50,000 SF manufacturing facility inefficient. The very busy and cramped space hindered materials and personnel movement and impeded materials management.
Solution
We helped CC Creations expand and improve its multiple-line manufacturing and processing operation, designing a sophisticated manufacturing facility with appropriate room for growth.
