With business booming it was time to add another facility to support the East Texas Oil Field. Along with the Client, Energy Architecture programed, designed and coordinated the ground up project in Carthage, Texas along Loop 436 and Hwy 59.
In 2010 the first phase was completed and included a temporary trailer office building, a small spooling workshop, chemical truck parking and a bulk chemical storage tank farm.
In 2012 the second phase was completed and included a 6,000 SF building with office & office support, reception, conference rooms, drivers space, small samples lab, break room and contained concrete chemical storage yard.
